2. Information We Collect

We collect as little data as needed to run and improve our games. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, address or phone number inside the Apps.

2.1 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, time zone, and battery or memory state used for performance tuning.
  • Identifiers: advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, only where you permit it), Apple identifier for vendors (IDFV), and app-instance identifiers generated by our analytics tools.
  • Usage data: game progress and events, levels played, session length, features used, in-app purchase events, and interaction with ads.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports and performance data.
  • Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Network information: IP address and connection type, used for security, analytics, fraud prevention and ad delivery.

2.2 Information you provide

  • Information you include when you contact us by email, such as your email address and the content of your message.
  • Optional ratings or feedback you submit through the app stores.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera images, SMS, call logs, health data, or precise location. If a future feature needs a device permission, we will request it at the time of use and explain why.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Apps and save your game progress on your device.
  • To analyze usage and improve gameplay, balance, content and performance.
  • To detect, prevent and fix crashes, bugs, fraud and abuse.
  • To show advertising and measure its effectiveness.
  • To process and verify in-app purchases and restore purchases.
  • To respond to your questions and support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Apps, your consent (for example for personalized ads and tracking), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. They process data only to provide services to us or, in the case of advertising partners, to deliver and measure ads.

Not every App uses every service listed. The data safety section on Google Play and the App Privacy details on the App Store show what each specific App uses.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers, with a successor if we are involved in a merger or sale of assets, with authorities when legally required, and to protect rights, safety and security.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Our free Apps display ads. Ad partners may use advertising identifiers and device data to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure results.

  • iOS: we ask permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized, and we will not access your IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads (path may vary by device).
  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use a consent management prompt (Google UMP / IAB TCF) to request your consent for personalized ads and for storing or accessing information on your device. You can change your choice later from the privacy options in the App’s settings, where available.
  • You can also use industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com.

6. In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example to remove ads or unlock items). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase so that we can unlock the content you bought.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are general-audience games and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to us can contact us at hoapham2292@gmail.com.

If an App is specifically designated for children or families on Google Play (Designed for Families) or in the App Store (Kids Category), it will use only certified child-safe ad networks, will not show personalized ads, and will comply with COPPA, GDPR-K and the respective store policies.

8. Data Retention

We keep analytics and diagnostic data for as long as needed for the purposes described above, typically up to 14–26 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Game progress stored on your device remains until you uninstall the App or clear its data. We may retain information longer where required by law.

9. Data Deletion and Your Choices

Our Apps do not require an account, so most of your data lives only on your device. You can control it as follows:

  • Delete local data: uninstall the App, or clear its storage in your device settings.
  • Request deletion of data we hold: email hoapham2292@gmail.com from your device’s contact email with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including the App name and, if possible, your advertising ID or app-instance ID. We will respond within 30 days and delete the data we can reasonably link to you.
  • Opt out of personalized ads or tracking: see Section 5.
  • Opt out of analytics: where available, use the privacy settings in the App, or contact us.

10. Your Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Vietnam)

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing), and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion and correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Some ad-related data sharing may count as “sharing” under these laws; you can opt out through the controls in Section 5 or by emailing us. We do not knowingly sell personal information of consumers under 16.

Vietnam

In accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you may request to know about, consent to or withdraw consent for, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data by contacting us.

To exercise any right, email hoapham2292@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. International Data Transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and our service providers (such as Google, Apple and Unity) operate globally, including in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s certified frameworks.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-Party Links

The Apps or website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
